Bebo is the biggest crime in the Leader Vec Universe. He is put in jail a lot for stealing priceless artifacts. Because of his really ugly looks caused him to say this a lot "Ugly Bebo wants (some type of artifact)" but other times he says "Bebo wants (some type of artifact)!" He has a very high voice....
